Wisdom Teeth (Extractions)

The process begins with a panoramic X-ray so we can examine any possible wisdom tooth issues. We will then discuss the pros, cons and risks of the different options so you can make an informed decision. Depending on your specific needs, we may recommend removing some or all of your wisdom teeth.

Reasons for Wisdom Teeth eExtractions:

  • Tooth crowding
  • Tooth pain
  • Repeated infection
  • Damage to nearby teeth
  • Extensive tooth decay

What Does Getting a Wisdom Tooth Extraction Involve?

Wisdom teeth extractions are done on-site at Cholakis Dental, and removing all four teeth takes around four hours. We can use local sedation, or a general oral sedation (pill form) and freezing.
