Top Foods for Healthy Gums and Teeth

We’ve compiled a list below of foods that support oral health – helping you achieve bright and healthy smile.

Oranges

While citrus and juices contain acidity that can be dangerous to the enamel of your teeth, oranges also help to strengthen the connective tissues in your body, including the ones that keep your teeth in place. The vitamin C in oranges also help protect your gums from inflammation and infections.

The chemical compounds found in green tea can fight bacteria and control infections. It prevents tooth decay, reduces inflammation and your risk of gum disease.

Raisins are an excellent snack for oral health. Raisins contain phytochemicals that kill bacteria, or at least affect their growth.
