Dr. Carlo Sgarbanti graduated with honors from the University of Ferrara in Italy with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2011. He furthered his education with a Masters in Implantology from the University of Turin in 2014. Dr. Sgarbanti's interest in periodontology led him to pursue an Observership program in Periodontology at Ohio State University in 2015 and later to complete a Masters in Periodontics at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. He is Canadian Board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Sgarbanti has extensive experience, having worked as a general dentist in Italy for almost 7 years and as a periodontist in Northwestern Ontario for one year. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in Periodontics at the University of Manitoba and is a member of various periodontal associations. In his free time, Dr. Sgarbanti enjoys exploring Canada's beauty and spending time with his family. He eagerly looks forward to meeting new patients.
