Dr. Lillie Cholakis is a Canadian board-certified and U.S. board-eligible pediatric dentist with a strong interdisciplinary background in behavioural science and clinical care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Winnipeg and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the New York University College of Dentistry. She then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, where she gained advanced training in hospital-based dentistry and the management of medically complex patients.
Dr. Cholakis pursued her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Boston University, where she developed expertise in comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents, including those with special healthcare needs and developmental disabilities.
With a clinical philosophy grounded in empathy, behaviourally informed strategies, and evidence-based care, Dr. Cholakis is dedicated to fostering positive dental experiences for children of all ages, particularly those requiring individualized approaches to care.
I have been a patient at Cholakis Dental clinic since Ernest opened his clinic. I have come to expect the best care and friendly professionalism. This last visit was, as always , exactly that.
