Dr. Vimi Mutalik graduated with honors in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from India in 2005, earning the Pierre Fauchard Academy award for academic excellence. She completed her Master of Dental Surgery in Oral Pathology in 2009. Between 2009 and 2015, Dr. Mutalik held academic positions at Manipal University in India and the International Medical University in Malaysia, specializing in Oral Diagnostic Sciences. She participated in numerous scientific presentations, received several awards, and authored many peer-reviewed journal publications. After moving to the US, she graduated from The Ohio State University in 2018 with a Master of Science degree and certification in Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology. Dr. Mutalik is a Fellow and Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dental Diagnostic and Surgical Sciences at the University of Manitoba. Dr. Mutalik is dedicated to diagnosing and treating a variety of oral diseases and is committed to enhancing her patients' oral health.
